Shipping:
Royal Mail (unless specified otherwise in the listing) and I obtain receipts/proof of posting from the Post Office. Certain goods are only shipped using Royal Mail's insured postal services which provide both proof of posting and tracking. Many items can be posted uninsured at cheaper rates - but this is at the buyer's own risk and not recommended for valuable items. .
Policies:
PAYMENT: My preferred payment methods are PayPal or Postal Order. I also accept cheques (personal bank, bulding society or business account) in UK Sterling, but please note these will take 5-7 days to clear through my bank. Goods will be posted once the payment has cleared.
RETURNS: A full refund of the sale price (excluding shipping costs) will be given if the item is not as described. First, please contact me before attempting to return any item. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (including proof of postage), in their original packing and in the same condition as they were despatched - all my items are packed to ensure safety and security in transit. The refund will be issued within 3 days (or less) of the safe return of the goods. In the case of fixed-price "But It Now" sales, the usual statutory rights apply.
